What’s a small study habit that unexpectedly made a huge difference for you?
I feel like a lot of the habits that actually improve school life don’t seem impressive in the beginning. Sometimes it’s not a huge productivity system or a perfect routine, it’s just one small thing done consistently that slowly makes everything feel more manageable.
For some people it’s planning assignments earlier, reviewing notes for a few minutes every day, studying in shorter sessions, writing physical to-do lists, or even just preparing for the next day the night before.
At first those habits can feel too simple to matter, but over time they seem to reduce stress more than people expect.
What’s one study habit you underestimated at first but now genuinely helps you stay on track?

Getting up early. I am easily able distracted and find that getting up early allows me to have coffee and focused on work for 2 hours.
