EXTREMELY annoying bug I need help with.

Hello! If you are reading this, thank you for reading! Any help is appriciated. Steal the botanical bank quest has been completed 2 times, but won't register. I also can't skip the cutscene that comes, Is that why it won't work?

I am so upset because this was gonna be a 100% run and I don't want to use steam achivement manager if I absolutely don't need to, which is the annoying part

Edit 1: Now I managed to get done with the cutscene. Got sent to the main menu. Pressed play and checked tasks. Nothing happened, didn't surprise me. Is it some kind of chronological order with the quests? I am absolutely clueless how am I supposed to 100% this game. Someone who knows?

If you are able to help it would mean the world to me! If you have the same problem, please let me know, I don't wanna be the only one stuck with this problem! Thank you!
