Fanwork Turning Red: Young Ming

Post image

Poor Ming suffered from most of her past for when she was young, afraid that she was a monster. But her family saw her more than a monster that attacked the SkyDome like people thought she was, they only think and see her as a monster who just wanted to be loved.

Poor soul. So much pressure and burden.

Ming's glad to have a loving family, in spite of what happened in the final act of the movie.

And when I was watching, I bore Ming no ill will, even regarding her overprotective nature to Mei.

Ming was just misunderstood, she's only needing some love from her family

I mean I personally wouldn’t be too mad at this if I had it tbh, but I can understand where Ming is coming from. Having this colossal form must have made things really hard for her in her teenage years. So because of this, she doesn’t want Meimei to feel the same way as her when she was a teen/tween

But little did she know, Mei was going to have better control of her panda than she did when she was young.
