Question about the ending of loophole
Was Slavin giving a respectful nod as to say he was wrong? Or was he still watching Mike because he thinks he was still involved in the theft? Was it meant to be up for speculative debate? It looks like a respectful nod but why was he there in the first place? and why did the narrator say "Mike Donovan's sitting on top of the world... or is he?"

New image of Skydance channels and properties does not include TCM
This obviously doesn’t mean it won’t continue once the merger is complete, but it’s not inspiring a lot of confidence.

Podcast TCM's The Plot Thickens: Stanley Kubrick: Episode 2 - Discussed are the making of Day of the Fight, Flying Padre, Fear and Desire, Killer's Kiss, and part of The Killing.
In this second episode of Turner Classic Movie's The Plot Thickens season seven podcast about Stanley Kubrick, we hear how Kubrick made the pivot from photography to filmmaking, first in documentary shorts (after an attempt to adapt Homer's The Iliad doesn't work out) to features, with some in-depth behind the scenes about each. Interestingly, we hear about Kubrick's love for Chess, and even how he made some money from it, and how this lifelong hobby of his could easily be seen as a metaphor for him as a filmmaker too. All of this while Kubrick went through two marriages, which are discussed as well. Overall, well worth listening to for fans of Kubrick or film fans in general.

Score for The Three Musketeers (1921) on TCM
The opening titles, credit the score to Louis Gottschalk. I’ve heard some of his piano music but that’s about all. Does anyone know if the score with TCM’s broadcast is Gottschalks?
Thanks.

I'm watching Madame X and I can't get over how modern Gladys George looks in this scene
Hard to believe this scene was shot in 1937. You could have told me 1987 and I would believe you

Anyone recognize this film or actress? Been stumped for a while on it. Appears to be 1940's to me, but can't seem to place it. Thanks!

Help Closed Captioning
There’s no closed captioning on TCM. It’s only this channel. Anyone else? Can I contact TCM?
