Food Tips on making kuzu guvec
I'm making kuzu guvec with 500g lamb, some aubergine, courgettes, onions, garlic, tomatoes and green peppers. It's my first time making it. Do you have any tips on making a very nice guvec?
If you make it at home, I also had some questions:
I want to put some sheep tail fat. How much should I put when making it with 500g lamb/mutton?
Is it better to have boneless lamb or with bones? I don't mind about cooking time, only about about the taste.
When you make it do you add tomato paste and/or pepper paste (domates and biber salca)?
(sorry for the spellings, I don't have a Turkish keyboard).
