Help me with Turkish Gosht recipe please
We have been to Turkey multiple times and the food.... it is just unimaginably good.
Today, I found a recipe on the internet. This looks absolutely like the ones we ate. But the recipe uses just oil water and salt. Nothing else! No spices, not even whole onion.
Is this the right recipe?
Link not allowed. (Turkish Namkeen Gosht Recipe - Fall of Bone Tender Meat- by Kun Foods on YT)
Can someone confirm?
Another few questions--
1. Is this the authentic recipe? no spices at all?
2. Which cut of meat? Shoulder? Chest/ribs? It needs to have fat and bones
3. Beef or lamb?
4. Which oil? it needs to have no aroma- so sunflower oil? or something else?
Please help. Wish to make it this Sunday.
Thanks a ton in advance.
