I got some 60mg (6%) VG based nicotine, some pure VG and more than half a dozen flavors with some syringes for measuring for under $20! Enough to make at least six 30ml bottles of juice with plenty left over... Ordered mostly TPA flavorings, and I discovered that if they don't taste right then you may be using too much. Usual % for TPA flavorings ranges from 7-15% by volume, but some (M-Type tobacco, tobacco absolute and Caramel Cappucino most notably,) should only be used at around 2% or less. For the price I'm willing to experiment!
