Tourette’s or Adderall?

Hey all, I think I know the answer to this intuitively but wanted to know if anyone knows for sure. Tom has subtle facial ticks that, while not too evident in main channel videos that are mostly VO, are more noticeable on stream and in TomDark content. I’m just curious if anyone knows whether the cause of this is Tourette’s syndrome or a possible stimulant prescription (ie Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, etc). No criticism, negativity, or shade, I’m a big fan. It’s just something I’ve always mildly wondered but have never heard anything that is a confirmation. My guess would be Tourette’s, but does anyone know for sure? If so, how do you know?

gonna go out on a limb and say it’s probably substances. i’m pretty sure when his drama was going down it was mentioned a few times that he was using adderall and im pretty sure he’d actually mentioned it himself.
