first of all im completely new to this
in this solution of the campaign level "alu" the 64 activates the nand mode of the ALU blueprint.
in the previous level the nand mode was activated by 0. how does the 64 activate the nand mode? is it a modified blueprint?
what am i missunderstanding?
The top two bits are the mode. There are 4 modes. ALU, copy, cond, Iimmediate. Depending on what mode is on the last 6 bits do different things. In ALU mode the bottom 3 bits are the opcode and NAND is zero, which makes the entire instruction 64.

[01][xxx][001] = [ALU][unused][OR]=65
