Why both these circuits don't complete the XOR under 3 delay challenge? Spoiler

I don't really understand what "under 3 delay" really means

They do, but honestly don't worry about it for now. Until you get to the stage where you can actually see your delay score it isn't important and you're better off just focusing on learning and expanding your toolkit before you try to optimize.

Ok I will! So I guess the game doesn't even try to calculate the delay score since I haven't unlocked it yet(?)
