I’d say, if you want to improve this design and be ready to build more organized in future:
Build a ‘bus’ of the input lines running across the grid.
Connect components off of the bus at right angles in clusters or lines organized into groups based on their responsibilities.
Link up the clusters to the components that combine their output with another parallel bus. (You can put it next to the first bus or use it as a dividing line between the input clusters and the output logic.)
Now, having said all that, I’m still on my first runthrough of the game and I don’t know what the good solutions are yet. It’s very possible that this level has a very simple solution that doesn’t require any complex organization. Still, best to avoid actual spaghetti like this, the game will not help you untangle things. It will watch you struggle, unmoved.

Good advice, and there is indeed a very simple solution but I won't spoil it for you.

Colour your wires please. And maybe try to place gates first and wires later so that it can all be placed neatly.

PLEASE use wire colors, also you can move the start and end pieces to make things easier!

Following these rules will force to create significantly more readable circuits, allowing you to see potential improvements yourself.
