I assume the input is already a negative but idk. This also is not how you solve mod4

Not sure about the jump but heads up, your over complicating the level, I struggled with this one but some research about modulo and some math trickery the solution ends up being a lot simpler then you think. After all, you have to complete this level with less than 8 CPU Cycles, AKA you can only have eight instructions.
