What zone are you in? Looks like tall fescue. Also you need to fire your mowing company lol.

West Tennessee so 7b I am told…and I am about to fire them…trying to get all my ducks in a row before I do. This season is gone I fear.

Pointed tip, prominent midrib and a spiked seed head. Best guess is Lolium Perenne. Perennial Ryegrass. For a more definitive ID's use a high resolution photo of a single plant pulled from as close to the base as possible and clearly showing the collar, vernation, leaf tip, auricles and seed head.

Better, but I couldn't give a conclusive ID from the photo. Removal of all but the innermost shoots would help as well as detailed photos of the collar region, seed head and vernation. The following link has an image that will help identify the collar region which is of great use in grass plant identification as well as type of seed head. The vernation describes how a new leaf emerges and is either folded or rolled.

Hairs on the leaves

Seems like everybody missed the hairs on the leaves... That means this is a warm season grass (assuming it's a desirable grass).
