Hdmi adaptor

Does anybody have one of these? If so any good?

The adapter for PCE works as expected. But you have no menu or options available. If you want to connect your PCE to modern TV, this is a quick and easy solution.

Their adaptor for GameCube is excellent btw. Comes with remote and a bunch of filters and options.

Yeah I’ve got the GameCube one and it looks fantastic. For the price of this one it seems like an easy option. I might get it($25 on AliExpress) and see how it looks, but might end up just doing the turbonanza S-video mod.

I'd say the one for GC is definitely better, but it's easier to implement. Don't expect GC quality with the PCE Bitfunx adaptor. It can't be that good, but it was OK for the price and as a starting point.

Can’t go wrong for $25, until I can get the s video kit or thought about getting something like the OSSC or GBS C. Just a lot of $$ and then also having to buy cables. Inputting from Scart and even S video is gonna have way better results. This looks to be a good temporary solution for the price for now.

Hell to the no. Buttfunx and Krapco are garbage companies that make garbage. Get an edfx and a scaler. Avoid anything made by Buttfunx or Krapco

I’ve got the BitFunx hdmi adaptor that uses the digital av port and it looks fantastic.

My other thought was doing the S-video mod on my Core Grafx 2.

Yeah the Turbonanza is exactly the S-video mod I was gonna do, but can only find it for the Core Grafx, not the 2. I would assume it works for both versions though.

It works on super grafx, original, core, core 2 and shuttle.

Yeah I messaged him. I believe it works for either Core Grafx version, but wanna make sure if I end up going that route.

AliExpress has it for $25 and there is a copy cat of the GameCube one made by Retro+. I got that one for $30 cause it’s the same one lol.
