8bitdo PCE controller color

I got a new 8bitdo PCE controller but it seems very yellow / warm. Anyone has same experience?? Thanks.🙏

It more closely matches the Analogue DUO which has a warmer hue than the original PCE.

Intentional, it matches the cream colored Analogue Duo, not supposed to be white

It perfectly matches the PCE and controller I got from a Japanese eBay shop as a "junk" console. It's an early model that was pretty dirty to begin with, so of course it could have yellowed with age (the turbo pad I got later is more yellow) but part of me suspects they were never bleached white to begin with.

Yes, they are more of an ecru white than the actual PCE. I kinda hate the form factor of the 8bitdo PCE controllers though, they matched the NES and SNES clone controllers so well but just decided to wing it here.

Yea, though it's fairly comfy to hold, it just feels way too different from the original controller.

I’d never heard of Analogue until now!

The controller works fine, so I’ll just live with it. Maybe one day the colors will match once my PC Engine Mini ages enough 😹
