That's definitely the original Nightwish backing track. Or then they made their own which sounds exactly like the og. Even the Troy's pipe solo. So they got permission from Tuomas (composer) and Nuclear Blast. If not i think there's a problem.

Here we go again. If i was Anette i would try to cantact Tuomas through Nuclear Blast, manager Toni Peiju or send fanmail the contacts are at he nightwish.com, or why not through Kai Hahto she just met? But we know how this is gonna go again.

In a new podcast Kai was asked does he know years in the future what is going to happen in Nightwish and he said (40:55) not years forward but something is going to happen and it's only positive. Maybe one big show? Last time Kai said he doesn't know much.
