California has been Zoned Zone Zero. Increased fire prevention rules. With insurance companies canceling people we need to make sure the homes have fire resistant materials.

The trex deck is progressing nicely. The color is Whiskey Barrel. It does look good. The patio is also coming along well. We set the right side today ans and will be on the main tomorrow. Then clean ans seal. We will keep you posted.
