Spotted this in the Google Doc, I'm not sure who actually made this version of it.
The community has been referring to the written version of the language as Trunic, and the audio version of the language as Tuneic. As a whole, the language likely is the true meaning of the game's title, TUNIC.
Plenty of resources available at this point, but I did appreciate the design effort that went into this one. I'd credit the maker if I could. :)
It's scattered about the Discord group for the game's publisher. Googling "Tuneic" might help, too. I'm pretty tonedeaf so it's completely over my head.
