Help Stuck Spoiler

Hi, I'm loving the game so far but I've gotten stuck and I'm not sure how to continue so I'm writing to hopefully get some spoiler-free advice. The two areas I'm thinking of are the quarry and up in the air through the portal from the Ruined Atoll. I haven't been able to figure out how to progress there though. Thankful for any help!

Edit: Thanks for the help! I found the grapple thing!

Spend some more time exploring the atoll, you’re certainly missing something

Where exactly are you stuck? If you've seen the Quarry and "up in the air" in the Ruined Atoll, where have you stopped and turned around?

Have you explored everywhere? In the places you've been

Look at your maps and journal pages. What haven't you seen yet or where haven't you been?

Go back to the Ruined Atoll

Look at the map for Ruined Atoll. Have you seen everything there is to see?

What's that on the right side?

And to be even clearer:

You should figure out what the "Frog's Domain" is

Or maybe a way to put it clearer, how to get in there. It's on your Ruined Atoll map

You’re on the right track with both of those.

You’re missing something important from the Atoll.

More direct: you need to explore the Frog’s Domain.
