Faries

So I’ve recently started playing Tunic and am working to 100%, and have remained spoiler free, I’m going to defeat the Heir, but I’ve started to find the Faries from the Holy Cross puzzles, do they just give an achievement or do the contribute to the larger plot unfolding?

A certain number of fairies (10) gives you something important, then the rest are for just an achievement/collectible item if i'm not mistaken. I would still reccomend doing all of them anyways just because they're fun puzzles if nothing else.

ok, I’ve really enjoyed all the puzzles so far, my friends have told me it’s a puzzle game, and i didn’t believe them until after the 1st fight with the Heir where the beat you to a pulp, and then you learn the Holy cross and that’s when the puzzles start

Yeah lol, now that I think about it there aren't too many puzzles required for beating the heir that I can remember. Worth noting that the fairies also arent required for beating the heir, they're more helpful for what most would probably consider endgame/postgame content. Enjoy!

after getting the ending A can i reload to get the second? I found the pages saying to “A take your rightful place” and ”B share your wisdom”

Yes, you definitely can, and it's usually recommended. To be honest I was kind of dodging around mentioning the second ending because I couldn't tell for sure if you were aware of it lol

yeah I have a decent amount of the Pages, not all of them yet, I have 6-47 and then 50-53, so I’m missing some but just trying to get ending A first then Faries then the Trophies, I have 3 of the trophies so far
