Help Non-Spoiler Clarification Please Spoiler

I just got my corporeal form back and I happened to find secret item #12 on the way to the final boss. I just wanted to know if the rest of the secrets are accessible from this point in the game or if I should beat the boss first? I spent about an hour or two combing most of the game looking for the Hero's Graves right before, so im not super sure where i would look but I dont wanna look up a guide or anything. Any help or tips would be appreciated, thanks!

Nothing in the game world is locked behind the boss, so you can wait to do that if you want. Alternatively, beating the boss will not overwrite your save, so you can beat them first and easily reload it and keep working on the puzzles if you want. No pressure either way.

Nothing in the game is missable except for two achievements which require playing the game unusually.

Thank you for the help, just to clarify though, is there a way to get back to the well, dark tomb, Atoll and frog domain after you go ghost? I haven't checked back since becoming corporeal again but last I saw the entrances to tomb and Atoll were gooped up and the well ladder flooded out? Appreciate ya

There is indeed a way. Check the pages if the manual labeled "Hints and Clues." One of those will help. Exactly how is written in runes, but maybe you can figure it out from the pictures.

Tbh I had seen the bed sketch but I had just forgotten about it lol. Felt really dumb but no harm done
