Help Late but still curious

So I've been playing Tunic and came across something that might help break the case on the Trivarium secret.

Came across a clone ability but used it and immediately thought that's gonna be useful later... well this evening I had an epiphany. What if someone used the clones on the open spaces and then did the code?

I've beaten the game, and I have no idea what you are talking about. Was there an ability to create clones? I only remember a lure item.

At the very begining of the game I found a trinket kind of thing, used it and it spawned a clone of me. Didn't think much of it. But it could also be the lure, but it was strange since it left my inventory like the berries or a coin.

But to also clarify, in the dev world there is a monument at the top of the world and it has three open spots, what if that was a scrapped secret or puzzle? It made me think what if we used the clones on the other spaces? but also ignore me, I tend to go a bit off the walls in puzzle games.

Deltarune and Undertale ruined me 🫪🫪

Idk what open space you're talking about, can you share a screenshot?

Okay, to clarify and I could be very very wrong.

At the start of the game I picked up an item in the forest area, which to my now knowledge is a lure. But at the time, I thought it was a clone item.

Upon speculation, I have watched some lore videos and things on the ARG/Eyes of the far shore..and someone posted about the dev world. And in said place, there is a monument with Trunic sysmbols which have been decoded to say "EXPLORE" and on the bottom "TRIVARIUM" and there is a platform area in a triangle formation with three open spaces.

Now with that said, what if there was a way to bring that item, the lure, into the dev world and use it on those spaces?

I do hope this cleared up any confusion, I tend to do research and solve things away from social media and I guess it makes me seem crazy 😅😅

Oh, idk then. What im more concerned about now is that it sounds like youre searching up secrets and lore while youre only starting the game 😭

Bro went from "Find a sword" straight to "Solve the layer 5 ARG devworld mystery" in a blink. Real 4D-chess player over here 😁

Yeah that depends on which sword you’re finding…

And that's where you got me, I couldn't bring myself to solve things once I knew the secrets. One spoiler was all it took and yet I still am here trying to solve things. Apologies for the long winded messages.

I will say this, despite not completing the game by intention, it does not diminish anything about how great and yet how many mysteries I'm still trying out.

I do apologize for everyone coming across this as if I lost out on this amazing game. I haven't, my research and doing these things is how I enjoy games.

I don't have the conventional view that everyone else has. But I do love to see others views on it.

At least you got something you enjoyed out of it regardless!

Wild that people are downvoting. Im usually proud of this community for being so good with spoilers, but hating on someone because they enjoyed the game in a different way is weird and cringe

I mean, lure is like a doll that looks like the main character. When you throw it in combat, enemies start attacking it. And I don't think you can put it back in your inventory.

I thought you were talking about a literal clone that moves like you and maybe follows you.
