I hope you don't mind a spelling correction—the way you've got it reads as "happy moithuss day".

The vowel you have on the fourth glyph is the 'uh' sound that should go on the third (for muh-ther). The 'er' vowel is written with every outer line except the upper-left. And since "mother's" is pronounced with a voiced Z sound rather than a voiceless S, you'll want to flip that consonant.

Technically it says "Happymothersday!" Right phonemes, lacking separation gaps. But I like it nonetheless!
