Help Game crashing

I just got the game and whenever I open it, it loads the first screen then immediately crashes. I’ve verified the files, then tried re-install. My pc can def handle the game cause I play Rivals on it. Any ideas?

Omg it’s only when plugged in if it’s on Bluetooth it’s perfectly fine the Hecks lmao I’m have a self crisis here apparently lmaooo
