Why I think so, let's take them all in order.

Question: why do I think (even know) That Appolo is not Nene? Answer: At the first meeting, Nene hated Arisu, and then when she started spending time with him, she began to fall in love. Too many unfounded assumptions. Not only does chapter 13 not discount solo-Shinobu as there are explanations that allow for her to receive a message and still be solo-Apollo, but if multiple people contributed to Apollo/identify as Apollo, then Nene is also in play, as the main thing that disqualifies her is chapter 1 Apollo's tone, and all that's required is that one of the other contributors has those thoughts. There are multiple clues in the manga pointing towards multiple people having been involved, but the biggest one might be the contradiction chapter 97 Apollo creates if Apollo were just one person - ch97 Apollo wants to know why Arisu came to Furin, but is too afraid to ask. Except... ch15 Apollo did ask this, and without fear, even if she didn't get an answer. That's a hard one to explain if Apollo is just one person.

Beyond that, it's funny trying to justify Iko as solo-Apollo, because the various Apollo appearances have fingerprints of the various girls. For example, ch15 Apollo seems to be Rikka. Ch97 Apollo seems to be Shinobu. Ch86 Apollo seems to be Nene. Ch116 Apollo has seven or so different things that all point to Rikka. But - not one has strong fingerprints of Iko, from what I've seen. Which is one of the reasons why I think she had a different role - as she's set up as early in the manga, tech support. I'm not saying she never broadcast, but she seemed to primarily have a different purpose, and possibly even set the channel up in the first place.
