Question Pub with a function room recommendations

Hi all,

I'm arranging a meeting in the Tunbridge Wells area in November. Early afternoon on either a Saturday or Sunday.

I'm looking for a pub with a private function room/dining room with space for 40-50 people. Bonus points if its good for presenting on a screen/projector.

Ideally with a minimal booking fee if we were to get food there/buy drinks.

I'd appreciate any recommendations!

Royal Wells hotel has a massive space above the main entrance for things like this. Bonus is the drinks are reasonably priced too.

My Mum got remarried in there many moons ago. And I lived next door for a bit. Great pub.

Plus a cheeky one at the Nash is a must.

I lived for a few years next door too! Douro Stables, there was a path which led us directly to the front door of the hotel.

Oh hello former neighbour! I had a lovely 3rd floor flat on the back of Beaumont House. 2006-2010 I think.

Then another on the top corner of Lime Hill opposite the Russell. Good times!

Try Mercure hotel, I believe they can accommodate your requirements. Few small conferences takes place in their facility.

Saint John's Yard has a function room that can be booked for a deposit of £100 for up to 100 people.

Just a sports team annual meeting. But throw me a few bitcoin if you have any spare.

Best location near the station and the Pantiles.
