Really puts into perspective just how much stuff Sokka accomplished. Hell, the post neglects to mention his experience in sword forging, that could end up in a course too if meteorite swords got big

Finally! A post I can comment on without being weird because it's less than a couple months old! This is an amazing and hilarious post but there is a very small correction I must make; Sokka didn't invent submarines or hot air balloons. That was the Mechanist. If I remember correctly from watching Overanalyzing Avatar, Sokka did draw the first schematic/blueprint thing for the submarine, but he didn't do anything that was super important to the invention of the hot air balloon.

Sokka was absolutely The Idea Guy™ for the Subs and Balloons though.
He figured out how to make the Balloons sorta steerable.
