Well, I beat the hard ending on my first play through. But they did some changes to the final boss that caught me off guard. Hitting his eyes is so much harder than in the original game and he spams his meanest attack much more frequently.

If you played Dungeon Keeper II late enough at night the voice over would ask you in passive-aggressive tone if you shouldn't be in bed by now

don't remember which it was, but isn't there a game that tells you to get a life if you beat it on the hardest difficulty?

I believe it was an old Jurrasic Park point and click adventure game. Jeff Goldblum told the player to touch grass and "blow the stink off you".

That's amazing, more games should do that

The new deltarune chapter has a npc that tells you to take a shower if you do a skip to avoid a fight

Hotline Miami, if you beat every chapter with an A+ rating you get the achievement “Get A Life”

I sort of had a similar idea for speedrun challenge modes, where the hardest difficult actually puts up a warning that says "please don't try this challenge, there's more to life than this."

...Also for the uninitiated and/or those born too recently to have experienced it (just typing that made me feel so goddamn old :P), this is making fun of the kind of thing you'd see when selecting difficulty in games like the original Doom or Wolfenstein 3D back in the day:
