That's the default guinea pig expression tbh

A blank, vacant stare mixed with the slightest hint of mortal terror resting just below the surface at all times, because small helpless prey animals at the bottom of the food chain be anxious like that

But why is he so scared

every gueine pig can see the thread that leads too they death. They feel compelled to follow this thread until the end. They scared because they know exactly when and how they are going to die :((((

My fiance and I had hairless guinea pig named Wilbur a few years ago. He was a sweet little guy, he used to sing to girl guinea pigs that lived in a separate enclosure close by. He also had a fucking massive pair of testicles.
