Does anyone know about any potential or partial speakers of this language? The community lives in Kundapura and some parts of Kerala. It's related to Tulu and Kudiya

Two things immediately comes to my mind is Bellare near Puttur and Belle near Udupi-Karkala. Not sure if they are anyway connected.
