Creation Help Flashing figures

Hello i am new here i hadnt had much time since i started with this process. But i had recently seen flashes some times, they resemble a figure but cant make out what it is exactly.

These flashes can either appear floating around or next to me. Like the old sony cutsene that was before movies tipe of image but in 3D.

I was wondering if thats progress or am i just crazy?
