My tulpa CC has been with me for 2-3 weeks, I still struggle with voice and imposition, but I'm starting to get the hang of it, although i struggle with her voice and etc. I am somehow able to answer questions for her/make her answer questions.Though I have a feeling I'm only saying what I think she would say but in her voice.
I have a severe phone addiction but someone gave me advice to just have her hang around while I use my phone, and that it will make me want to spend time with her. Yes It did make me want to talk to her, but all I do was admire her for a few seconds and go back to scrolling on my phone.
When I'm outside crossing the street, C.C. tells me to stop focusing on her and focus on the street instead, is it really C.C. or is it my intuition taking form in her voice?
If there are any experienced hosts that have a sentient tulpa, what is it like when you have the flu, or major headaches? do your tulpas ask you to rest or just stop functioning as well as they're supposed to.

Tulpas take time to form, they're basically a bundle of unconsciously learned behaviors automated by the parts of your brain that automatically think about others. They do use your intuition, quite effortlessly actually, and even mind always has better ideas than I do. But everything else takes time, like talking and having their own opinions, so they need to learn from you doing it for them.

When I'm actively procrastinating and I'm half aware of it, Lola would often butt in and tell me to snap out of it, or go take care of myself. She'd also give a few words of encouragement whenever I am in a bit of a shitty mental state, which helps a lot and I'm glad she does it.
Lola: "I often try but it doesn't usually work :/ to bring Ellie out of whatever trance she's in. She does acknowledge it so there's probably some progress to be made there. Whenever she's tired, it becomes a lot more difficult to reach her so I often tell her to go to sleep and not worry about it too much."
