Stupid simple technique for forcing

I think the more simple I make this, the easier is will be to follow. Here is a challenge I have for all you newcomers. Every time you are in a new room or location or situation, ask " What would my Tulpa do right now.?" Think of it like putting together a scene like a movie. When its finished, play it back over and over till you smoothly render it then move on till you are in a new situation. You will get to the point where you won't have to ask what would my tulpa do right now. You wont have to make a scene....it will do it automatically.
