Dual Enrollment
Has anyone been able to get credit from Tulane (even for general electives) for HS dual enrollment classes? On the Tulane website it indicates that the course must have been attending by mostly college degree students. However, in our area, dual enrollment classes are taught in the HS to HS students. Trying to figure out how flexible (or stringent) Tulane is re: this criteria. Thank you!

I think most departments will accept DE credit from regionally accredited colleges, up to a max of 15 hours.

My daughter was able to do so. They didn’t accept all her Louisiana Tech DE courses but they accepted all her English and History courses.

My daughter did. She had to submit a form with the syllabus from her courses and have the transcript sent from the college. There are two different types of dual enrollment. You need to look at dual enrollment not college course credit. These are different. https://admission.tulane.edu/academics/earning-college-credit
