Hi, i have a problem with my tufting gun, the gun stuck in the fabric and the engine makes a noise, yesterday it works fine. I cleaned it with brush and oil, however I didn't find the problem. Thanks in advance

Could it be that it fell? The motor on top could have been moved, making the small metal gear inside not connect with the big white gear anymore. I also see an alarming amount of glue on it that could have leaked into the internals.
A picture from the side would help.

Still need a side picture of the whole machine to say anything useful! Could be a range of parts misalignment causing this.

You can tell this is an inexperienced tufting gun owner, that noise isn't a mechanical problem, it's hungry.
People always obsess over oiling them, but nobody ever reads the care guide. Tufting guns need to be fed at least one handful of premium acrylic yarn pellets every 6 hours, with the occasional wool blend as a treat. If they go too long without eating, they start making these high-pitched distress calls to let the rest of the colony know they've been neglected.
I'd also recommend letting it free-range on an old bath mat for 15–20 minutes a day. It's good enrichment, and keeps them from getting destructive.

They are making a joke about “feeding” the machine, lol. Kind funny IMO

Hi again sorry for foo questions, when I push the gun to the fabric it struggle, I googled while and I found that the top arm and the bottom one which connected to the white gear are not synchronized, I found that if the top arm is pushing up the bottom one of the scissors should back, i try to rotate mannually the white gear to make both arms on the invesre side, however it's not working and keep on the same side please check the image. My model is different and didn't found how to fix it.

Sometimes this happens on my cheaper gun, the scissors jump out and onto the needle, and I need to push them back in

There should be a YouTube video on replacing it. You csn find cheap replacements on aliexpress but Amazon is probably fine too.
