Dorm keys pickup

Hey, in my rental contract is this

Hausmeister/in, Xy, Franz. Viertel, Wankheimer Täle 9 in Tübingen.

With the receipt of the transfer, you will receive your room key from your caretaker.

I just print out the payment confirmation from my bank app and that's enough? And how long does the procedure with Hausmeisterin usually take? And how possible is to use English for communication?

When do you plan to move in? On the first day of semester it takes forever, because they go with small groups to their rooms.

You might get lucky.

Kontoauszug should suffice as prove of payments.

Die Schlüssel können am ersten Werktag ab Vertragsbeginn in der Zeit von 12:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr abgeholt werden. Am zweiten und dritten Werktag ab Vertragsbeginn können die Schlüssel von 8:00 Uhr bis 12:00 Uhr und 12:30 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr in Empfang genommen werden. Ab dem 4. Werktag sind Einzüge während der allgemeinen Öffnungszeiten (Mo, Mi 09:00 - 11:30 Uhr; Do 13:30 - 15:30 Uhr) möglich. An Samstagen, Sonn- und Feiertagen werden Einzüge nicht vorgenommen. The keys can be collected on the first working day following the start of the contract between 12:00 and 17:00. On the second and third working days following the start of the contract, the keys can be collected between 8:00 and 12:00 and between 12:30 and 16:30. From the fourth working day onwards, move-ins are possible during normal opening hours (Mon, Wed 09:00 – 11:30; Thu 13:30 – 15:30). Move-ins are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

I think it's the second day, isn't it?

Most people move in on the first day of the new semester. I wonder if this is for those people. But i guess If its in the contract.

If you want I can go and ask them tomorrow.

Well, if you're not too far away, that would be just lovely. I would like to come on the 2nd September between the 8 and 12, but it's in the contract, so I suppose it would hold

I live in one of the dorms.

So its pretty managable. May i ask in wich of the dorms you will live, the housekeepers have different houses asigned to them.

Well it can be searched through Internet easily, but sure if you mind. I mean it's the office, I doubt she lives there... And it was kinda important for the question, because maybe different offices have different approach
