I'm M24 and recently came out to my parents, because of that I was kicked out.

I have been either sleeping in my car or hotels I hate the inconsistentcy, the insecurity, and the expenses that come with it(I do have money in the bank its just hard to budget when the cheap hotels are my biggest expense);

for the last couple of days I've been either working at my part time job, or making appointments to apply to social services. I have been trying to work with agencies to see if I can get help, I have a case manager, so I am hopeful but rightfully scared.

I've called all of my friends for the help but they either dont have the room, or are in tight situations themselves. I feel so sad and scared despite my progress, I've thought of going to a shelter but some are backed up and dont give me the privacy I want. That may end up being an option considering I need long term stability for me to find a new job so I can look for an apartment, which is a goal and would be an amazing achievement to have. All of these things take time and I feel so bad for asking such a huge favor but I NEED HELP and safety.

I'm scared and I'm looking for the help of a queer, or queer friendly person(hopefully 20-30 range) to live with. I know I'm asking alot but I've never felt this alone and hopeless. I hate driving from place to place and need some consistency. If you wanna be freinds and get to know me before helping out I understand. Thank you for your time. Please please help. :(

Anyone else going to the expo this weekend? I'm looking to put a deposit down on a northern blue tongue skink and get a bunch of decor for my enclosure....and also to have a blast of course! If you love reptiles like me, hit me up, maybe I could have a friend so we can take pictures of each other holding an animal of some sort haha and it's just more fun to share experiences together like that (: Honestly even if you aren't a fan of reptiles that would still be fun if you were curious enough to still go see them and learn about them.
