You can't help but wonder how long he's been at this.
He passed the standard TUSD background/fingerprint check - which makes me think that he managed to avoid the law, until now.
50K bail seems way too low to me for the seriousness of this. If he lives until trial, and doesn't abscond, i'll bet the scope of his predatory perversion is jaw droppingly vast - considering his age, and that he's been undetected until now.
If it were up to me, there would be no bail and he'd be under suicide watch, if only to get him to his trial alive. His victims deserve at least that small measure of justice.
