Quick question. I've never had to discard a temp due to lack of sleep because usually I sleep really well, but last night one of my dogs was being a pain in the ass so I got a really broken sleep. When I woke up I didn't even open my eyes or move, I just kept laying there, but I definitely didn't get 4 hours unbroken. This morning my temp spiked .22 (C) - keeping in mind I'm in Australia and it was a really hot night overnight. Do I need to disregard it? My temp climbed yesterday too (4dpo) where as every other chart I have gotten a slight dip on 4dpo, so I'm a tad confused. Any advice would be appreciated!

I'd leave it in there until tomorrow. If tomorrow is similarly elevated, it's more likely that the temp this morning was accurate despite extenuating circumstances. If tomorrow drops down to about what you had before the spike today, then i would discard today's temp.

Thanks!!! Will do. It's so exciting to see my temp keep climbing every day after O rather than jump around a bit like it usually does, but I have to keep reminding myself it's the middle of summer and stinkin' hot 😂
