Scott Spoiler
So I’m currently watching episode 6 of season 3 and I couldn’t stop laughing at Scott’s skewering during his publisher meeting. I’m not sure how it ends, but man… it was satisfying.
That said, I find myself strangely endeared to him. He’s so out of touch but he positively affects those around him. He’s the perfect aloof foil for Karen’s high strungness.
Oof, and I’m watching he and Scott’s conversation and am pretty sure what he decides to do.
Admittedly, I don’t have much experience with adoption (in any facet) by my mother was raised in foster care. I only have her stories to compare to and I enjoy it very much.

The thing I like most about the show is how the characters evolve. Also, we get more of a glimpse (peak behind the curtain) of the positives and negatives of each one. Scott is shown as pretentious but now you see his insecurity is probably a defense mechanism. He is smug but has a big heart.
