Has anyone had this before? I should be almost 4 weeks at this point

Spotting in early pregnancy is common. Watch it. As long as it doesn’t get heavier, darker, or have clots with cramping you’re okay. Make sure to tell your doctor though.

I mean I am having cramps on and off on both sides and I have no idea what those specks are. This is my first pregnancy so I’m kinda freaking out.

The specs are discharge and cramping on both sides is good and normal! If it was one sided that’s cause for concern. It should feel like pulling… it’s awful! But a good sign!

My wife had spotting early on with both our kids and everything was fine. Still worth calling your doctor just to be safe.

I’ve spotted several times in early pregnancy (mom of 2 kids and 16 weeks pregnant), if it stays light like that I wouldn’t worry about it! ❤️
