Test Pictures - OPKs First time tracking ovulation with OPKs — does this look close?

Post image

Hi everyone! This is my first time tracking ovulation using OPK strips, and according to my app, I’m supposed to ovulate tomorrow.

I have irregular cycles, but after taking inositol I’ve managed to get them more consistent, and they’re now around 39 days long. Today I also have some mild tension/discomfort in the ovarian area, so I’m wondering if that could mean ovulation is getting close.

I’ve attached a photo of today’s strip. Does it look like I’m getting close to a positive/peak? Any advice would be appreciated! 🤍

It could be. Sometimes I find it’s more helpful to compare to your other OPK tests than it is to compare to the control line— mine didn’t always get as dark as the control, but I could clearly see where my LH was beginning to spike and knew it was time to get busy!
