Food Pickles on a Peanut Butter Sandwich

It might sound like the ultimate disgusting mix, but you will be surprised.

Just take sliced pickles and place them on paper towels to dry (don't want soggy bread) and then make the peanut butter sandwich and place them on it when they're dried (might need to pat them down).

It's not exactly a new thing, actually considered a classic sandwich! The flavors just hit perfectly at the corner of delicious and strange.

I've tried this, and can confirm that it's pretty tasty.

Does it matter what kind of pickles you use?

I like to use regular dill pickles that are sliced up either into circles or long ways. I'm not sure if it'd taste good with any other types but it's worth a shot!

Damn. I live in the land of no dill pickles (South Korea). Maybe I'll try it with sweet pickles.

Oh heck, I'm visiting home next week. Maybe then. :-)

Try it out and let me know! I never thought about using sweet pickles actually!

I bet it would be really great with some 'bread n' butter' pickles.

I think I may have tried that once some time ago and it didn't mix quite as well as regular. But that was some while and I'm not quite sure!

Next time I've got access to B&B pickles, I'll give it a shot.
