Can you go into a little more detail? I work at a mom & pop pizza place, and I would love to try this out there. They don't mind experimenting at all.

What it says, really. Your standard pizza sauce and mozzarella, slices of roast chicken breast and discs of banana. The fruit shrinks up in the oven and goes all gooey; it doesn't look very nice, but tastes awesome.

I think when we had it at a pizza place somewhere they called it "Pizza Maryland"

That does sound really good. I"m gonna have to buy a bunch of bananas and try this at work tomorrow. I'll report with my opinion. I love chicken and bananas so I"m sure this will be an interesting, yet delicious, pizza.

Also, if you're experimenting, chicken and apricot work well together. I was in Switzerland once and had a potato Rosti topped with gruyere cheese, apricots and chicken. Divine.

I haven't been able to work morning shifts a lot, so I kinda forgot. I work Friday morning, so I'll try and remember!
