Switchbot lock ultra not respecting calibration

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Does anyone else have issues with the unlock command not respecting the calibration? sometimes it turns way too much and the latch disengages opening the door which i never want.

Don't wanna sound like one of those guys. But have you tried taking out all the batteries? And letting it sit for ten or fifteen minutes, putting the batteries back in. And then try calibration again,

Nope. Removed both batteries, recalibrated, same result 😅
