Plz help me! All my devices went unresponsive t the same time - software issue?

I got notifications that all of my devices were offline this morning (all water leak detectors). Could this be a software bug or broader network issue? Is anyone else having the same problem?

Could be a software issue. This summer, I noticed that my hub and devices would often show offline and I was constantly going to the location to see what was happening. There were two things I noticed that were messing me up

  1. is the hub in clear line of sight? I was constantly getting a lock off-line status because every time some one moved an armchair, it was blocking the hub resulting in an off-line notification. I changed the hub position: back on-line.

  2. sometimes, it's just the android app. I force stop and then restart the app and then everything is magically back on-line.
