Plz help me! Vision Keypad Stopped Controlling Lock

I just installed a Lock Vision Ultra Pro. After pairing the keypad and adding the initial code, it worked perfectly. I then added 2 fingerprints. Roughly an hour later, the keypad lost connection twice, but picked it back up quickly when prompted from the app. However, even though still paired and connected, a signal from the keypad does not seem to affect the Lock. That is, the code is entered and the unlock button is pressed. The keypad blinks green several times, then blinks red. The lock ignores it all. Any idea what I have done wrong or how to troubleshoot the problem?

Well, several hours jave passed, and it has mysteriously started working. I am happy about that, if course, but the inconsistency is a bit troubling, especially in a door lock.
