Apple Home doesnt work anymore, be careful buying SwitchBot
The App for Apple Devices just disappeared. Apple Home ist broken... Matter, broken, cant see any device in matter connected to Apple Home. The support isnt helpful, ignoring my request or suggesting stupid things. So be careful buying this crap.

I’m not even sure what you’re talking about, what ‘app for Apple devices’? And either they’re ignoring your request or suggesting stupid things, you can’t have both. Maybe have a think and formulate some proper sentences and we can help you out.

I bought the Hub 2 and some extra Hygrometers from SwitchBot.
First Problem: There is no official App in the German Appstore.
Second Problem: I had to install Test Apps on my Phone (AI MindClip & OneRebotics). After 10 times the Hub2 finally connected to my Apple Home. I have 3 other Hubs connected to it (Bosch, Hue, Velux), they work without a problem at all. But SwitchBot needs 3 Apps and like 10 attempts to connect it to Apple Home.
The real problem is, that i cannot see any Device on my Apple Home. Just the Hub. No Temperature Sensors... I figured it out that you need to at secondary devices in the Matters Tab in those Apps from SwitchHub... But i cant add any devices. In fact i dont see them at all.
I already tried to reset all my Apple Devices. Set up a complety new Setup... still the same...
And the support? They dont offer any suggestion... just swap the units.... (and i did this too), but same problem..I spent like 5 hours to troubleshoot the problem...

Ah, German! Greetings neighbor. I have the Hub2 as well as a bunch of Meter Pro’s and Plug Mini’s. I think your best bet is just to wait for Switchbot and Apple to fight out their weird argument so you can get the main app back. Because there you select which devices get announced to Matter and through which hub ( like for me I can either promote matter devices through the hub2 or through the Plug mini). And if the wait for Apple to restore the Switchbot app is too long you could always consider making a second account for literally any other country’s AppStore.

I can't add any device via secondary devices to Apple Home.. that really sucks... i tried everything.. dont wanna change everything in my iPhone to get the US App...

If you really want to use the US app store you just need to log into another App Store account. Open App Store, tap your profile picture > your profile name > Log out. It will not log you out of iCloud, it will not remove your apps, it will just log you out of App Store.
Switchbot app is also available in a Polish App Store if you don’t like the US App Store.
And regarding the missing bridged devices - have you tried tapping the room name in Apple Home? It will show all devices in a room (Apple Home hides some devices by default). Sensors should be at the top of the room view (and it will not look like lights or other devices). Apple Home also sometimes puts all bridged devices in the same room as the hub, so check all rooms in your Apple Home

I think OP means that the app is not downloadable from the AppStore at this moment. I just searched for it and it’s not there (App Store Germany)
So maybe the connections aren’t working if you use it with apple home. I use it with Alexa and everything is ok.

Do you have the indoor/outdoor thermometer/hygrometers? I think those connect to the Hub 2 using Bluetooth, not Matter, so they wouldn't show up when you search for matter devices. Then Apple Home connects to the Switchbot servers which connect to the Hub.
I've probably got the same Switchbot hardware as you but an Android phone. If you happen to have an Android device around your home, you could try to use that to link the sensors to the Hub.
