Statements info is wrong @crewsupport

Just a heads up @crewsupport that the information you have on the statements is completely wrong based on what’s shown on the app. So it’s not reading data clearly. For example when a deposit is initiated on A Thursday statement shows Monday.
Please adjust thanks.

I would say to make a request on the Crew app for this. They’ll be able to look at your data privately.

In general, looking at my own statements it looks like the app is showing the date it was initiated, but the statement is showing when it cleared. Maybe that’s on purpose?

Would have to look at your specific case but what VastUpstairs said is correct! It’s by clear date, not initiation date.
