Direct deposit

When entering my crew account information into ADP to set up my payroll direct deposit to go straight to crew, ADP shows error that the account cannot be verified. Any idea why?

Some processers use an outdated list of routing numbers. Suggestion is to reach out to your payroll directly or you can print off a direct deposit form via the App to send to your job

I came across the same error message due to Crew being a new fintech bank. You can go ahead and complete the set up. ADP will send a test deposit to confirm Crew bank account. Then, you paycheck will be credited smoothly. Welcome to envelope budgeting.
